 Easy, simple, fun! January 14, 2008
I wanted a GPS system that was easy to use, understand and reasonably priced. We have been using this system for a couple of weeks now and have been very pleased. There are a few addresses in which it hasn't recognized but once we drive to them, we can save the location into our favorites so it is easily accessed next time we need it. I think this is a problem with Garmin and not the actual GPS unit itself though. Overall, I have been very pleased and would recommend this product if you are a first-timer.

For elderly people, especially, who don't want to wander around in unfamiliar territory, the StreetPilot is the "find" of the century. Easy to use, it directs one right to the door of the inserted address. Now, I no longer get lost everytime I try to find a new location.

After much researching of other products, I purchased the Garmin StreetPilot c530 for my Dad, as a Christmas present. Turned out to be the highlight of his Christmas. He absolutely loves his new Garmin. As we went out to test drive it, the first place he programmed in was his local Starbucks coffee shop! Not that he needed to do that, but it's listed as one of his "Favorites" now. This product will be very beneficial for both he and my Mom, as they make their annual trips up North for auto conventions and family visits. Overall, he could not be happier with his new toy!

Recieved the GPS in a timely manner for a Christmas gift for my son. He was excited when he opened it and uses all the time. Just loves it.
It's An Auto-Pilot Almost January 8, 2008
I gave this "Garmin C530" 5 stars. It's like a passenger knowing the way to that place i'm headed to. I especially like the rerouting feature; yes, this gem will re-negotiate your vehicle to your destination if you have other stops on the way. I love my Garmin c530 !!! Rob in Connecticut.
