If you have the Garmin GPS nuvi or street pilot, you must get this. It is the best way to mount your GPS. Never use the suction cup it is not good, not portable and leaves marks on your windshield which thieves recognize as you having a GPS. This is easy to set up and use. Love it!!!

Works great with my Garmin Nuvi 650 and is easily transportable to any vehicle. Would highly recommend.

This GPS mount is OK unless the road gets bumpy. Using it with our Garmin Nuvi 660 in our SUV, on rough roads it gradually slid down the dashboard top until it contacted the windshield. Every half hour or so, I would reach over and slide it back up towards me. This was on a highway, so it wasn't like off-road rough. It stayed put better on the center console but that put it too far back, out of my line of sight. We have other cars we will try it with but the SUV is our trip car so it will get the most use there. So far, I'm not too impressed.

I bought this garmin friction mount for my Garmin Nuvi 350. It is great, making it a breeze to hook up and move the Nuvi. The power cord stays attached to the base so there is no fumbling around. I can have the unit closer that the windshield mount would allow. This makes it much safer to hit the screen while driving. I don't program it while moving but, for changing from Map screen to the trip view it is great to have the unit closer.

Excellent accessory for the Nuvi. I brought it with me on a recent trip to use with the rental car and it was perfect. Heavy enough so it doesn't slide around on the dash. The Nuvi is mounted easily onto it an can be rotated for easy viewing.
