An excellent accessory for any Nuvi 660 owner. Used it on a road trip from Phila to GA. along I95 and the unit was rock steady the entire trip.

My wife and I were tired of our suction cup mount falling off the window ALL THE TIME. The suction cup also left a black reside on our window that we got tired of cleaning. This friction mont does a GREAT job. It stays steady; regardless of our driving style. I also think the Nuvi is much easier to reach now that it is about a foot closer to the driver. i definitely would by this product again...of course Amazon's free shipping got the product to us faster than expected.

I got this unit because I did nto want to stick anything on to my windshield. Well two turns and I stop, my unti was attached to the window and this thing was some place in the back of my car!!!!

Great accessory for the Nuvi - able to rest nav unit on dash, closer and easier to reach than if I had used the window mount. On todays sports cars, with highly sloped front windshields, nav units attached to window suction-cup mount can be long reach. Friction mount worked well, increases number of locations in car nav unit can be placed. Great product, highly recommend.

This friction mount is perfect. It holds the GPS firmly, yet can easily be repositioned to please your "copilot". I have used it on bumpy roads, around tight turns, in hurried stops and it simply stays put. An amazing little device easily connected to the Garmin GPS. Another very nice aspect of this mount is that you can easily reduce screen glare by slightly repositioning the mount when you are driving in bright sunlight.
