Does exactly what it's supposed to do July 17, 2008
I drive a Honda Civic & it works great on the dash. Easy to adjust with no slipping at all. I've also placed it in the areas over the cup holders, between the shifter and the cup holders and on the edge of the passenger seat. Always stays in place.
Well worth the price July 17, 2008
Works just fine for me. You can move it around until you find the best place to view the GPS and it never moves.
I only wish I would have gotten it before I mounted the stick-on mount that came with the GPS. (real pain to remove)

This bean bag mount is so much easier to use than the windshield type. I have been using it for over a year with no problems. The mount does not slide and is much easier to move from car to car or to hide when you are not in your vehicle. I would not consider going back to a windshield mount.

I ended up returning this GPS mount. First, for something that is portable, it is very heavy and cumbersome (it is much bigger than it needs to be). I also found that it wouldn't stay in place on my dash. I had read a few reviews that others had this problem. The dashboard disk that came with the GPS for free works just fine. I would not recommend purchasing this item.
