 Programming a nightmare April 25, 2008
Promises of user friendly programming are like blank pages. It is terribly difficult to program because the owner's manual is so vague. I gave it to my husband for a Christmas gift and he has had nothing but one headache after another with it. Sorry, but I would not buy it again even if I could get it for $10.

Good deal when I origionally purchased this item. I only had it freeze on me a few times since. The answer to that is holding the reset button with a pin. sometimes the device could take up to a minute or so to load up when powered on. Other than that its pretty accurate.
BEWARE COMPATABILITY February 8, 2008
I BOUGHT THIS ITEM SOLELY FOR THE BLUETOOTH CAPABILITY. IT IS NOT COMPATABILE WITH ALL PHONES!!!!! MY BRAND NEW CELL PHONE CANNOT PAIR WITH IT. YOU MUST HAVE A PHONE THAT THE BLUETOOTH SETTINGS CAN BE CHANGED TO "ALWAYS OPEN" I HAD TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE HANDS FREE KIT. I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A FLAT GARMIN HAD I KNOWN THIS!!!!!! DON'T BUY WITHOUT CALLING COMPANY FIRST FOR COMPATIBITY
Very good value February 8, 2008
This product is very good for the amount I paid. I didn't think I could afford a good GPS nav, but this is pretty decent for a low price. The fact that it is "refurbished" has not proved to be a negative as yet. The device works well for the most part and has a good interface. Simple to use. I am the type that likes to argue with directions given, but this device has never steere me wrong. The only thing I don't like is that the traffic updates are not available in the US for some reason. Also, the windshield mount sometimes droops due to the weight of the screen so it's hard to get it up there. Other than that, it's a good device.

I did not expect to recieve what I got. It is a little big, but I can handle that. The price, unvillievable.
