Easy to set up, easy to use, good value compared to other systems. My daughter has one and loves it. When I decided to purchase one for my husband, I looked at more expensive systems, but TomTom has everything we wanted at a better price. I would highly recommend to anyone shopping for a navigation system.

THIS IS A MUST HAVE GPS FOR THOSE WORKING ON THE ROAD OR FOR THOSE WHO TRAVEL FOR LEISURE.ALSO GREAT FOR SOCCER MOM'S AND DAD'S WHO TAXI THEIR KIDS FROM TOWN TO TOWN AND FROM FIELD TO FIELD.EVER GET LOST BRINGING YOUR KIDS TO A GAME?GOT THEM THERE LATE?NEVER AGAIN WITH THE TOM TOM .EASY TO USE AND VERY ACCURATE.I DON'T KNOW WHY I WAITED SO LONG TO GET ONE.THIS IS A MUST HAVE.

All in all, a good product for a great price. I was impressed by the user friendly menu, easy software install, clear voice directions, excellent sat reception and a large, sharp screen. I love being able to make and download map corrections using TomTom Home w/ Mapshare, especially with all the construction around where I live. (the install files are stored on the unit.. no CD)
This device is almost perfect.

I was willing to settle for not having the bells and whistles of bluetooth, mp3, SD card slot and traffic (you need to pay $150 for an external RDS-TMC Traffic Receiver antenna if you want that feature with this device) in exchange for a very hefty cut in price from the previous versions. What annoys me is that this is the ONLY TomTom device that does not accept .itn files. These are files that TomTom uses to plan a multi-destination route using waypoints. As far as I can tell, you can't even set waypoints at all on this thing! I can understand cutting the hardware extras to make it more affordable, but there's really no reason to not have this very handy software feature. This would be a 5 star product if the menu didn't lack this useful tool.. seemingly for no reason.
