I bought TomTom Go 920 2 months ago because it has both Europe and USA maps preloaded and based on my brother's recommendation who lives in France and also owns a TomTom Go. I tested it on my commute route. It works really well. It reroutes automatically in a matter of seconds if you don't follow the route. The menus are very intuitive and I have every option I could think of.
Th suction cup works flawlessly (I completely don't understand what some other reviewers were complaining about). As with any suction cup, you need to make sure is attached properly.
The display is crisp, the brightness is adjustable and is very adequate.
I find the sound volume to be just fine.
I love the BlueTooth capability, it interface nicely with SonyEricsson cell phone, I can place and answer calls from the GPS device.
The quality / fit and finish, attention to detail of this product is amazing. I love this GPS !!
I would buy again in a hearbeat.

this is my second tom tom. in my opinion they are the best. this new 920 is larger then the old 510 and easier to use. i love the new mounting system. and the voice programing is great. i do not leave home without it.

I had my TOM TOM 920 stolen and I was comfortable in the fact that they would intercept a stolen unit that was returned for password removal. I spoke with their tech support today and they informed me they do not monitor for stolen units. They just ship a new refurbished unit to the thieves. I don't think I want to do business with a company that supports the theft of their units. I guess they see it as away to increase sales.

I oringinally ordered the same unit from one of your competitor that was recomended by a friend for a cheaper price.After dealing with there hard to navigate web site, putting in the order and being told 4 days later it was on back order,I canceled the order and Amazon was at the rescue.Thank you for the good service and very happy with this version of the Tom Tom.

For the price this unit is fantastic. Includes North America and most of Europe. Updating is simple. And a couple of routes I've taken with it are same as routes those in the know would take, rather than the route most would follow if using Thomas Bros. maps.
Good product, good price.
