I am very pleased with the Pharos. I don't have any problems with the directions at all. My daughter bought a high end GPS and always has to reset it. She constantly asks me to use mine when she is driving.
I carry it with me all of the time and it works whether I am walking or driving in an unfamiliar area. I like the fact that is also has the stick to help type the address and make selections. I feel like I am using a Palm device. I love the fact that it tells me when I am over the speed limit. I sometimes go over without knowing it and now I can correct it quicker than in the past. The user interface is easy to understand also.

I bought this because I was in a bugdet situation and I needed to travel and had no time to read driving directions. I thought it was risky since I had bought it the night before, but it turned out to be my number 1 tool during my trip from Iowa to Kansas. It told me every single thing, It recalculates routes very easily and it is very accurate, whatever you get on the screen is true. I think it is worth the money you pay for it. It works completely ok. THere are some low-end characteristics like the quality of the sound, the plastic used for it ( really easy to get scratchged) but other than that work OK. It doesn'thave many customizable things, but the idea is that it will take you wherever you wanna go.
Recommended!

I purchased this product and it stop working after the second day of use.
Also I found that it's was very user friendly in comparison to Garmin products... I would not buy this again...
