 Try BEFORE you buy November 14, 2008
I am sure that these will work well for someone, but not me. They did not fit comfortably in my ears and have a tendency to fall out. I strongly suggest trying them out BEFORE you spend $100.00 on earbuds.
Bad wiring November 14, 2008
These earphones are great. The bass reproduction is flawless. The fit is extremely snug and I never had a problem with these. Except the wiring kept eroding day by day and it broke off at the earphone end. All the wiring was exposed and they were completely useless. What's the point of all this technology if there are no wires.

I use these for running and working out with an ipod. Compared to the ipod standard headphones, the sound from these is better. My only complaint is that the cord is about a foot longer than the ipod cord, and can sometimes get annoying while running.

These aren't the best sounding earphones you can get. But-
These are the best sounding earphones YOU CAN WEAR FOR HOURS.
No joke, I am writing this review after having worn them continuously for about 6 hours (not factoring in breaks) while listening to music and watching some tv episodes on the computer. I have little to no fatigue in my ears, unlike my Sennheiser cx300 which get uncomfortable after a very short while and leave me with sore ear canals.
The downside for having the comfort is that the sound is a little muddier than something that actually does sit inside your ear canals, like the Sennheiser CX300. I think the muddiness will also vary depending on how well the rubber inserts fit in your ear, I notice the sound quality was best when I use the small insert, even though medium fits more snugly for me. It could be the tip of the insert sits further inside my canal due to how they sit in my ear "bowls". I really can't complain about sound quality for how comfortable these things are. In fact you can say i am IMPRESSED with how they sound after factoring their comfort level.
Remember these do not isolate sound, My Sennheisers will be on airplane-only duty from now on. However, I am very very tempted to just leave those at home and wear these bose phones throughout those nasty 14 hour flights! They are THAT comfortable.
btw, bose has redesigned these earphones supposedly after receiving so many complaints that the rubber inserts fall off so easily - the rubber pieces that came with mine clip onto the earphones quite nicely. You have to use your nail to un-clip it. I do not see a problem with them falling off with normal use.

These headphones offer the acoustic signature of Bose. Anyone familiar enough with Bose products know that your not gonna get that deep bass thump many want. However these headphones deliver the music in its natrual state, the way it sounds when the artist plays. Theyre a decent set but I've heard better, and for cheaper.
