 DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!! November 7, 2008
IVE HAD THIS PRINTER FOR 8 MONTHS AND AM PUTTING IT BACK IN THE BOX AND SENDING IT BACK TO HP... I HAVE NO USE FOR IT... THE SOFTWARE CAUSES MY COMPUTER TO FREEZE, CRASH, OR NOT RESPOND... I UNINSTALL THE PRINTER DRIVER WHEN I DONT NEED IT AND REINTSALL IT WHEN I NEED TO PRINT SOMETHING AND THEN HAVE TO UNINSTALL IT... HP HAS SAID THAT THEY'RE WORKING ON THESE PROBLEMS BUT THAT IS BS!!!!!! THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON I KEPT IT SO LONG... AFTER USING THIS PRODUCT I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HP PRODUCT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 A reasonable printer November 4, 2008
The delivery of the item was excellent. It was delivered the next day. The printer works good. I am not a tech whiz, so cannot comment much on the technical aspect of the printer. But i can say that it meets all my requirements of copying, printing documents/ photos and scanning. This model may not be a bad choice if anyone want to have all in one printer. The price i got in amazon is the better price so far i know.

This little gem replaced the HP Color Laserjet CM2320.... It has a pared down version of the all-in-one software and is about one quarter the physical size. but it seems to do all the same stuff with the exception of the PPM. It also plays cute little dittys whenever you do something like print. All in all, I like this printer better for my purposes. The only serious complaint I have is the plugs in the back (USB, power, network...). If you put a little too much pressure on them or are not very careful when you move it around on the shelf, they break very easily.
I moved mine 2 inches but the wire was hung up and the USB connector broke. The printer still works fine but the USB cable moves around where it shouldn't.

Great product at a terrific price. Fast and print quality is very good. Only have it set up as wireless printer on my WiFi home network and desktop and laptops all work well with it, including MacBook with OSX 10.5 Leopard and HP Desktop and Sony Laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit. Very happy with purchase.

Best printer when it works
This printer is has lots of future only if you using USB connection. If you connect through Wi-Fi it does not work properly. You can't use two sided printing on wireless it will say you don't have two sided printing installed and it gets disconnected all the time I called hp they know the problem and working on it but I am still having problem. Printer by it self is very good it's fast and good. Photos come out so good you thing they were developed at lab. It is the software is the problem.
