Happy with the graphics boost! October 18, 2008 This gpu was a key ingredient of my first diy upgrade on my five year old machine. With a Pentium 4 3.0 ghz, 2 gigs of RAM and a 400 watt psu I'm playing my fave game Far Cry on max settings with beautiful smooth results. Also picked up F.E.A.R and The Witcher both of which run just fine with this rig (although I can't max the settings on the Witcher) All in all I'm extremely pleased with my "new" old computer. For under $100 I think its alot of bang for the buck.
poor packaging December 8, 2007 Video card worked great. No problem installing card. Package arrived in opened condition. Package had been opened, so don't know if item was used or returned. Although the card worked out very good.
Excellent card for older AGP 8X slots. June 4, 2007 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
I bought this to drive a new 22-inch LCD screen at its native 1680x1050 resolution since the 4-year old Nvidia GeForce4 card did not support that resolution. Afterwards, I updated to the latest Nvidia driver version 93.71. Runs all applications and games (on Windows XP) fast with no glitches or problems.
Not a bad card!! May 13, 2007 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
A solid medium powered card for those with aging AGP slots! Runs everything I need it to smoothly on the highest graphics settings. Recommend.
It works but Vista driver still requires work. May 13, 2007 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
The Nvidia card worked out of the box with my Gateway FPD2185W Monitor while the others did not. I have had not problems with it except for the Vista driver. It keeps cutting out and even freezing the screen. I understand the company is still working on it. I got the latest beta and it works better. I expect the company will eventually get it right (that is if they want to stay in business.)
