Awesome video card. October 5, 2008 The games I play that I wanted this card for are Counter Strike: Source, Half Life 2, Morrowind, and Combat Arms. This card did it. For the price it can't be beaten. I bought mine for $45 brand new from Amazon. In 2005 I bought the 5500 series for $150 lol. This card is great. Just pop it in the PCI slot, install the software and you're good to go!
Awesome!! October 2, 2008 It makes the graphics on my family's game computer a lot clearer and no more video errors!!! Yeah!! Definitely will buy products in future and word of mouth to friends and family! Awesome service and product!!
Card needs to have required amps listed too September 21, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I tried to install this card in a Dell Inspiron 530s system and was unable to power it up after I installed it. I called the video card company and was told my system had enough watts but not enough amps to run this card. Thankfully Amazon took the card back and I got a complete refund of my purchase price. Thanks Amazon!
cheap up grades, big performance ! August 30, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
my older CPU running on PCI technology would not play Medal of Honor Airborne with out locking up every couple of minutes Didnt have 2 grand for a better computer the selection for PCI is limeted but this video card and and extra gig of memory were worth the price of a little over $100,I also added an extra fan .Set it on the bottom of the CPU and left the side cover off runs much cooler I'll be able to get a few more years out this baby for about 115 bucks any one can dothis it might take 30 or 40 minutes but its worth the results
bad customer service from the manufacturer August 3, 2008 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
Don't expect any technical support from the vendor. I called and the guy had me go make changes in my configuration file and the computer locked up. Worst part was that he hung up on me when I told him that computer is locked.I had to take the video card out and re-config it myself. I ended up returning the product.
