 Looks like a great card but can't install July 15, 2008

I bought this because I have upgraded almost all other parts on my computer and thought this would help it run better. The problem is, I can't get it installed. When I try to install it, a box pops up saying that it is not an approved Windows software so I have not intalled it yet. I don't know what to do at this point but I sure hope I get it working because based on the other reviews, I will be happy with it.

This is an awesome card for the price! I installed it and had it up and running on first boot.I run Real War and the 3D is just excellent.This card also has an over temperature notification feature,which is great if you are a heavy gamer.I'm running the card on an eMachines PCI slot(2 GH cpu,2 GB memory) with no problems so far!

My computer is not really built for expansion. It's a Dell 2400 that came with really sub-par on board graphics and only PCI slots. For my money, this is really the best card you can get. You won't be playing Bioshock, but you can run anything that was top of the line from 2005 and before. Great deal, great card.
Getting rid of onboard graphics tricky May 27, 2008

The eVGA e-GeForce 6200 made my computer noticeable faster. Web pages load faster. 3D Home draws quicker. Simple games run faster. YouTube videos run quicker. I am very happy with the improvement.
Getting rid of onboard graphics was a little tricky for me with my motherboard. The phone number on the box quickly got me to first class tech help. After the Intel MB graphics were disabled XP worked without problem. The driver downloaded off the web site helped speed things up a lot.
I have put my finger on the heat sink several times and it is only slightly warm. This board saved me from buying a new computer and a bunch of programs.
