EXCELLENT RESPONSE AND SUPERB ITEM February 7, 2007 The GPS System ordered reached me in good time and is working fine. This equipment is very cost effective while purchasing thru Amazon.com comparing to any other electronic stores, where the rates are much higher. thank you Amazon.com
An indispensable tool for travelers! February 7, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I first became acquainted with the Nuvi 350 while on a road trip from New Jersey to Maine this past November. My friend set this little guy up on the dashboard of his van and we drove. It took care of all the directional needs that we had. I was extremely impressed! Since that trip, I purchased my own Nuvi 350. It is amazing! I use it for many occasions (included long distances the first night of having it) and it has yet to let me down. If you want a simple yet powerful navigation device, this is it.
Good but pricey! February 7, 2007 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
Great for road trips but extra features such as MP3 memory and photo memory unnecessary and a waste. Otherwise, would recommend.
Works for me, I'm always lost February 7, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I really like the Garmin 350 since I'm always lost in cities or need detours in some cases. Had to convert WMA songs to MP3 but easy enough on computer. One thing I've found, sometimes it takes you a longer way around to a place even though the shorter or faster road has been there as long as the road it takes you on. Haven't figured that out yet.
Almost perfect GPS - Highly recommended February 6, 2007 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
I've had this a few days. I'm a technogeek but I did not want to spend a lot of time learning a new gadget. I was surprised how easy this was to learn and use. It didn't take much at all. It's very easy to use. It's very small and light. The overall design is excellent. It's quite powerful for its size. The voice navigation seems to work very well. While something this complex is almost impossible to make "perfect", I'd have to say this is a near perfect unit. I am very happy with it so far and am glad I did not have to spend a lot of time learning how to use it. A GPS that just works and works easily is a device that you'll use.
