I'm sure that there are better, but this one is great! January 28, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Very easy to start up, right out of the box. It froze-up the first time I used it. I reset the unit and have not had any problems again. I'm discovering many uses for it. I strongly recommend this unit to anyone who leaves the house to go anywhere new.
Awsome product January 27, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is my first GPS but so far I am very impressed. It gets me where I want to go with ease and very easy to use. It was shipped in perfect condition and arrived when they said it would. Thanks Garmin and Amazon, this is a great product.

Highly recommended GPS! January 26, 2007 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
I bought my Nuvi about a month ago after I traded my '03 Honda w/navigation in for an '07 Honda w/o navigation.I am terrible with directions so I knew I had to replace it.I read all the reviews and decided on this Nuvi, and I am glad I did! I actually like this gps more than my previous Honda's navigation. Spoken street names, ease of update, personal preference choices, and quicker recalculations are some advantages. I stick mine on the console area under my stereo and I always get a signal. This makes it easier to keep it mounted and hid when not in use. It's also nice that my husband can borrow it and use in his car when he needs to. The ONLY thing missing is a volume knob, you have to go to menu to adjust volume. That isn't a huge problem though. I would have liked to have gotten the Nuvi 360 because of the bluetooth, but it wasn't worth the extra $100 or so to me.
Accurate product and very useful January 25, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This product just works! It's worked all over the US for me and even into Canada. It has a very up-to-date database of places to go and things to do while you're in a new city. Great directions and super portable. It's WAY better than most GPS systems that come standard in cars. The ease of use is incredible, even my father can use it. The Nuvi 350 also has a 'pedistrian' function that works if you're on foot and out of a car. This coupled with the traffic piece are a must have for all you road warriors.
Great value for the money January 25, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I brought the Nuvi 350 before I took a long road trip for my family's Christmas vacation. I was impressed with the accuracy of this device. My kids (9 & 12) were able to learn quickly to search for their favorite fast food places while we were driving on the freeway. Things that I wish Garmin would have done better. They should include a better "Get Started" manual in the package. It looked me a while to figure out the antenna is the backflip. An easier way to toggle between "shortest distance" and "quickest" routing would be nice. Overall I am happy to own one.
