I purchased a GPS because I am tired of my wife's navigational inabilities. She always tells me that she knows where a particular place is, only to get us lost on the way there. I purchased this particular GPS brand and model because it was the #1 rated by the latest Consumer Reports review on GPS's.
Of course, I cannot compare it to different brands, and other models, as this is my first and only one. However, its top features includes:
(1) Navigational voices promts
(2) Touchscreen
(3) Windshield suction mount
(4) Outlet and car chargers included
I have now had this GPS for several months and have used while navigating in new cities. First of all, it felt great when I rented a car and I did not need a map. I had previously set the locations (restaurants, hotels, places of interest) into the GPS at home, getting the addresses in the internet. All I had to do was to press the location where I wanted to go, and the GPS would calculate and configure the route. I used it in the Washington DC area, and it worked flawlessly.

I travel alot and since getting the Garmin 350 my travel time has decresed greatly. Great directions, no more pulling over and asking for direction then saying "what did he say". Highly recommend this product for business or pleasure. The one drawback is the owners manual has to be downloaded from your computer, 79 pages. Doesn't come with the product.

This has to be one of my best purchases ever. This GPS is easy to use, gives clear instructions, and can be slipped in a pocket or backpack when not in the car. I can go anywhere without fear of getting lost, because if I do manage to get off track, it recalculates quickly and maps a new route. Amazon also has the best price that I have found for this product.

My days of the Hertz neverlost are over. Spent over a thousand dollars on the Hertz add on in the rental car. The Garmin Nuvi 350 fits in my top pocket and is better than any other GPS I've used.
