Pro: Nice interface. portable size. accurate location.

Con: The map in FL are totally out of date. It let me lead into the sea and pool several times. There are a broadway, but the GPS said it has no road. No enough point of intrest, also many POI are incorrect.

5 out of 5 stars Great GPS, easy to use.   January 16, 2007
My first GPS. I really like it. Easy to use and easy to follow along. If you miss a turn, it immediately redirects you. Also has lots of points of interest, so you can put in amusement parks or whatever you want (in a specific area) and it will list them all.

Higly Recommended.

5 out of 5 stars Garmin Nuvi 350   January 16, 2007
Bought one for my daughter 6 months ago because she kept getting lost!! She hasn't been lost since, and travels with complete confidence!! She has been so happy with hers that I bought my son and my wife one. Light-weight, intuitive, a joy to use.

Unit is small and has easy to read large screen. Very easy to read and use, and see while driving car or motorcycle. The mount (suction & permanent) is also easy and swivels so unit can be seen right-side-up no matter where it is mounted. ONLY disappointment is that is was not computer interface for mapping routes, even though the Garmin web page indicated that it was compatible with MapSource. I purchased MapSource City Navigator V8 separately (through Amazon) and did a short route and tried to download it to unit - it would not accept it. I contacted Tech Support (who are very quick and easy to work with) and tney confirmed that the unit was not computer interfaced for routing and sent me a free program to make "waypoints" easier for longer trips.

My first reason for purchasing the Nuvi 350 was the screen size and it was great - second reason was computer interfacing for routing trips, so I have returned the unit to Amazon and am in the market for another GPS (Garmin preferred) unit that will allow computer interface for mapping trips.
