I did a lot of research before buying the Nuvi 350.
Most of the reviews are absolutely right: this is the best GPS in the market. The reception is excellent, it is very portable and the braket holds it very firmly.
The only thing is that I wish that the points of interest were more updated (there are a couple of large grocery stores and a movie theater in my area that opened a couple of years ago but are not on the list).
Bottom line: you can't go wrong with this one!

Since our Magellan gave crazy directions and wouldn't operate properly, we decided to try the Garmin. It is great. We did have to return our first one because the voice gave out, but Amazon quickly replaced it with no problems.
There are so many features to guide you to your destination and find points of interest along the way, that the Garmin is a joy to use.

This is a great product, the only problem is that it doesn't seem to work with terrain maps.

A simple to use, accuate, portable tool. Easy to access via touch screen. Can be used with or without your automoble. Just plug it in when not in the auto to keep it's battery charged. Plug into your power port in the auto to keep it charged on the move. Fairly expensive, but in the market for these items, not too bad.
