 Serevice for Garmin products June 25, 2008
I bought a C330 Garmin that had been refurbished and on arrival it would not accept a charge so I contacted the service department. The service technician was super nice and thorough with the problem asking me to try things and if it did not correct the problem giving me an address and authorization to return the item to Garmin. It corrected the problem and I am happy with both Garmin and Amazon. A good product at a good price plus good service.

Had this one for two years. Perfect operation. Calibrates quick when you turn it on. Skip the smaller fancier Nuvi models. They suck. You will spend more time waiting for it to calibrate than driving.

I already had one of these for myself and bought another for a gift. Its simple to use - although it has led me down some dead-end streets, but I'm guessing that is a function of the satellite network. It has Good tonal quality on the audio. I'm sure there are better units out there, but this one is all I need and I like it.

Im sorry to say I can not review this item, it was supposed to be a gift for my sister but it arrived too late and I had to return it. But I have a Garmin NUVI and I love love love it. I wanted my sister to have a navigation because they are the best invention since the micowave.
