1 out of 5 stars Good idea that needs work   November 17, 2008
These glasses were recommended by a man. I didn't find them to be as practical as he did, because they get caught in my long hair. They don't look particularly attractive on me, partly because they don't fit very well. I'm returning them in favor of my "drugstore" readers.

4 out of 5 stars Good for short hair, not good for long hair   November 15, 2008
I purchased 2 pairs a year or more ago. My mom, who has short hair, loves hers. I, who have below-the-shoulders length hair, can't put them on and off as easily as she can: if I wear them with the back under my hair, they push my hair up when I put them up over my ears, and if I wear them with the back over my hair, they look too geeky for me to wear out in public - and they give me "glasses hair" instead of "hat hair" from pressing a groove in my hair.

So I keep my Clics at home and use them only when I'm reading, grading papers, or knitting while I'm watching TV. I can watch the TV over the top of the glasses and see what's in my lap, too. I generally use the loop only for hanging the glasses up when I leave the room. I still use regular glasses (prescription & "dollar-store" readers) in other parts of my life (one pair in the kitchen, one pair at computer, one pair on bedside table, one pair in purse, etc).

I do, however, heartily recommend the Clics for those with short hair!

Now I have to buy Mom a new pair, but only because she needs a stronger magnification. She has never had a speck of trouble in her more than a year of using them.

5 out of 5 stars Glasses   October 18, 2008
my husband loves these glasses because they are easy for him to keep up with.

5 out of 5 stars click eye glasses   October 2, 2008
These work great. Until I started using these glasses I was always looking for my reading glasses and losing them everywhere. Now its not a problem. : )

5 out of 5 stars wonderful   September 20, 2008
These fun glasses are so practical. No more broken hair from pushing reading glasses on top of your head.
