 4 to 6 pin firewire review June 5, 2008
An excellent product, no problems with it at all. Much better for transferring video and audio than USB 2.0. Worked on both my MiniDV cameras and my older digital HI8 camera. Very versatile.

It's 6' in length, plenty for what I need. Reliable and fast. Not sure I can say much more about it.

these work just fine only one problem that you should know about since it is 6 pin to 4 pin the other 2 pins it loses are the power so it must have external power
