 Loose connection causes disconnects July 17, 2008

The cable works great when it's connected and it's really nice to have the extra length to connect my laptop to an external drive. However, sometimes moving the laptop (a MacBook Pro) will cause the drive to disconnect, which as you can imagine is rather inconvenient and is almost a deal breaker.
And as one of the other reviews mentioned, the cable is not white but rather silver/metallic, which doesn't really bother me, but be forewarned.

I just wanted a white cable. That's why I picked this one. However, it's clear and shiny, like one of those old 90's era iMacs.
Not cool! Just wanted a plain white cable! This is ugly and the photo should really represent the product in some meaningful way.
Anyway, it works fine. Enough said!
