It doesn`t have the hole in the front, so the automatic adjustable backlight doesn`t work well.

4 out of 5 stars Nice for the price - does the job   April 8, 2008

This cover for the Ipod touch gets the job done - albeit is not fancy or super high quality. Thin piece of rubber with stick on protectors for screen and back of Ipod Touch. I bought it through AccessoryOne, and while it is listed as having only a screen protector, it did also come with a matching "back" protector. Couple of things to note:
- It does have the "belt" notches on the back as pictured. Not necessarily attractive, and if you don't use the back clear protector, these slit are exposed to getting scratched
- Not sure what that circle is in the upper left of the pictured item - this was not on the unit shipped to me and does not match up with any buttons or functions on the touch - which is good that it is not there, but thought I would point that out
- Silicon Cover fits fine with the screen of the touch - it is flexible enough to get it to fit within reason
- Clear transparent covers fit perfect! They are surprisingly very clear, I can't even tell it is on the front screen. Tips for putting them on -
1) Do the back one first - it is practice for the front one which is more important.
2) Lay the Touch face down on a lint free cloth - polish the back while it is laying down holding just the sides - I would use the polish cloth provided by Apple, it is much nicer than the one provided with the unit, which BTW is not lint free, I got specs trying to use it.
3) There is a front clear piece on the clear cover - leave it on - peal the back piece off about a 1/4 of the length of the Touch, just enough to align the edge and get the stick started. Get it started and slowly rub with the lint free cloth working from this starting edge across the entire unit
4) You will see bubbles as you go - lift ever so slightly back up and smooth them out
5) All this is done holding just the edges of the protectors, never touch the sticky underside
6) Repeat all the above for the front LCD screen. Align from the button end first though

All good - keeps the touch from getting scratched

4 out of 5 stars Good case but be aware...   January 1, 2008
The silicone case is nice as it fits in perfectly with the iPod Touch but remember that a silicone case like this is only good for preventing scratches, especially with the provided LCD screen underneath it. This case will have no effect if the iPod falls, so if you are worrying about it braking, make sure you buy a leather case or something thicker (and more expensive...). They say that the LCD screen protector is reusable but I wouldn't say that it is 100% reusable. The problem with these screen protectors is that you will have a really hard time putting it aligned on the iPod, which means during the whole process of doing that, the screen's sticky side will collect dust, lint, crumbs, whatever. That is what happened to my screen and I only noticed it after I put on the protector. It was really annoying to see a bread crumb on my screen whenever I was using the iPod for games or movies so I pulled the screen off to clean it. The screen only became more dirty and it lost a lot of its "stickyness".

Thus, that is the problem with LCD Screen protectors. I am not blaming the company because all LCD protectors have this same problem.

Other than that, this is a good product. Like me, you might have to buy a pack of LCD screen protectors on the side.
