Excellent Service April 3, 2007 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The order arrived two days after I ordered it; and the package was carefully packed. I will defintely do business with the vendor again in the near future.
On the second... February 17, 2007 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I'm on my second tripod, the first one broke due to a stupid mistake on my own part and the second has been just as good. When I make another stupid mistake, I'll buy my third!
Cheap Junk June 10, 2006 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. Like the other person mine also came broken and when I went to open it up another piece of plastic shot off. Shame on Kodak for selling junk. Watch out they are getting rid of their German lenses (select cameras) and going with something else. I can not say whether or not there quality is going to be any lower but looking at their tripod you can never tell.
Kodak Digital Camera Tripod Super January 30, 2006 This tripod does every thing but take the picture for you. It can be extended, rotated & manipulated into almost any confirguration you might need. It is very stead, this being very special when photographing very small or delicate items. My only complaint is that the bag is a little snug as you try to zip it completely closed. Otherwise, wonderful!!!!!
Don't buy it! January 4, 2006 16 out of 17 found this review helpful
After reading the reviews, I took a chance and ordered the tripod, anyway, thinking that by that time the defective ones would've been replaced with good ones... I was wrong. Mine also had cracked or broken leg locks. I returned it for replacement, but the second one was also defective.
This problem was due to manufacturer defects, not because of any poor packing on Amazon's part. And Amazon's customer service was excellent throughout the return process. However, noting all the negative reviews and returns, I would think they would quit offering this item for sale until Kodak does a better job on the tripod. Continuing to offer known defective merchandise is deceptive.
