This is truly one of those times when you know you've seen the future. Our children will never know the time that long distance communication was only voice. This product by Motorola and Worldgate is completely amazing and has to be seen to be believed. It is, simply put, one of a kind.

I use Ojo's since June and my family&friends have deployed a total of 6 Ojo's so far. We have 2 in California, 2 in Germany, one in Chile and one in Turkey - and they all work together via DSL in Europe and cable modems in North and South America.
My mom just had her 70th birthday and even the remote kids were able to see her and congratulate her face-2-face... Priceless!!!
You have to experience it and you cannot compare it to any other solution thats out there - its way cool!
(Btw. - I also plan to retire on the stock of the company that manufactures the Ojo: Worldgate (ticker: WGAT - currently WGATE) - buy some stock and I can retire a week earlier... :):))

Bought 2 OJO's for ourself and grown children/grandkids out of state. Great picture quality. Be sure to have good backlighting. We've added a new word to our vocabulary..."we are going to OJO you later today". Since product was introduced they have added a video message capability so that if you can't reach another OJO, you can leave a video message of up to a minute and a half.
Installation was very easy. Connects via ethernet cable to back of router or DLS/cable modem. Phone powers up and recognizes broadband connection. You then call OJO to hook up video connection. Costs 14.95/mo. for unlimited video. But to see the grandkids say goodnight from long distance....priceless.

This product is amazing...picture and sound are excellent. I communicate with my brother who is in Central America and I can see him as if he were sitting in front of me. Can't get enough of my niece/god-daughter.

They absolutely love it. My wife and her mother talk everyday on the phone, now the Ojo each other. Again they love it. Well, worth the money.
My brother is about to buy one so we can see my niece and nephew (4 & 6 years old). They have used my ojo and they think it is "so cool". If you have greandkids or relatives far way you cannot see that often this is the product for you.
Sychronization is perfect, is like talking face to face. For $15 a month you can talk as much as you want.
This is the future now!
