Solid Buy, Very Functional June 2, 2008
Very good GPS unit. Worry proof and easy to use. Shock proof and water proof. Yardage is accurate within 3 to 5 yards. Really helped me with scoring, no longer had to wonder if I was hitting the right club. Only one drawback: If your looking for a device that has a picture of the hole and green on screen with yardage to the front and back of fairway bunkers and other hazards this is not the unit for you. You might want to pay the extra cash and and get one of the more expensive units. If your just looking for straight yardage and a dummy proof unit, save the money and buy this one. It is excellent!!!

Beats sky caddie hands down! price,useabilty,easy to read.I purchased rechargable batteries and charger from radio shack so I can put fresh batteries every time I use golf logix.To the fella who said it was difficult to upload courses and hard to change batteries,I've been using computer for two years and I fiqued it out and I'm 59!Just read the easy directions and follow the promps.Very good product.......

Not too shabby May 27, 2008
i've been using this for about 3 weeks. the only complaint that i have to date is the battery drain. regular generic aslkaline batteries do seem to drain rather quickly. this may be partly due to the fact that i bought some discount batteries.
as for operation and yardage readings, i have absolutely no complaints. it's great to have one on my belt for an entire round.

Simple to use May 25, 2008
Very simple to use and large display that works well out doors. Can hold up to 10 courses. Good battery life, can play at least 3 full rounds on set of standard 2 AA. Have not tried yet with rechargeable batteries but should work fine. Only feature I would have liked to have is the ability of measure distance of an actual shot. If unit has this, I have not figured out how to do it. Other then that great device. Friend has a skycaddie unit, I think he is going to trash it and get this one because of the larger display and weather resistance without a special case.
