5 out of 5 stars batteries work as expected   April 27, 2008

i use these batteries in a little lcd book lamp... i read for hours and hours and they keep powering the light... before i bought the rechargables, i used a few set of alkalines...i can't see any difference between the two types...except for the cost benefit of the rechargeables.

2 out of 5 stars Not very good batteries   June 29, 2007

I bought a set of these and 4 batteries were dead in a few months with no much use. I also bought a Lenmar for my digital camera that holds half of what it used to hold. The original battery that came with my camera almost holds the same charge as when it was new. I honestly don't think Lenmar makes good quality batteries. I am not planning on buying Lenmar again.

5 out of 5 stars Bulk Is Better   June 29, 2007

I bought a few packages of these high capacity, rechargeable batteries about 7 months ago and I'm very happy with them. I have 7 children who have multiple video games, mp3 players, speakers, cameras, remotes, and all sorts of battery-eating devices. These particular rechargeables are performing well - none of them was DOA and all of them continue to hold a charge. They last a long time on a charge and are less expensive than better known brands you find at Target and WalMart.

Here's a hint - set up a charging station that has a charger, a box labeled for depleted batteries and a box labeled for charged batteries. Then buy some bulk rechargeables in various sizes and charge them all. Show everyone in the house your set-up and instruct them that whenever they come for fresh batteries, they must bring the exhausted ones and put them in the charger. They may not always do it but every bit of help is appreciated in my house!

1 out of 5 stars This should be sold as 600mAh   June 29, 2007

Bought these on 6/6/7.
Right out of the box these Lenmar 1000mAh could be charged hardly to 600mAh. After several days of retesting they could barely be charged till 600-900mAh. Very disappointed by this gross misrepresentation. This Lenmar product should be sold as 600mAh. The only reaction from Lenmar's seller ANTOnline was they don't know what they are selling.

4 out of 5 stars No assault with this battery.   April 20, 2007

I purchased these and charged them all two at a time with my newly acquired Sony Super Quick Charger (Model#BCG-34HE)featuring voltage and temperature monitoring functions. (Which, by the way, recommends only using Sony brand AA and AAA Ni-MH batteries. Yeah, right. I guess I'm just a DC rebel.) And they all took a charge without a problem. I'm 10 for 10. No dead cells.
