 It didn't work with my garage door system November 6, 2007
good service - product didn't work with my garage door system. I returned the product yesterday. (11/05/2007) I'm waiting to see if my credit card account is credited.
directions too confusing April 10, 2007
this was a bad idea, couldn't get it to work. Threw it away rather than go to the trouble of returning it.

I have used one of these every day for over 5 years. It has never failed to work, and it opens the door from far more than the stated 100 foot distance. I wouldn't buy anything else!

I have bought one of these before at a store and I have had it for at least 3 years. I think it works great.

This remote has nowhere near a 100 foot range. Even if I had my car inched away from the garage door it wouldn't open with any certtainty. Definitely not worth buying.
