Ordering from Amazon was a first, it not being a book or CD. I was happy with the shipping arrangements, arriving via UPS. So far, so good. I've shredded several papers and a credit card, but no lettuce! One of the great features of this is whenever 'anyplace' on top of the shredder is touched, it turns off within a second. Nice feature! Happy harping!

I bought this product for about $100, used it for about 3 months intermittently (maybe twice/week), and it has stopped working. RI_Maam

I ran the shredder for a bit and it stopped. The directions said after so many minutes of use, it has to cool down. So I waited...and waited....I waited OVERNIGHT and it never came back on. I contacted Amazon, they were very friendly, promptly sent out another shredder, and emailed me a shipping label to return the broken one. So far so good. If you are in need of doing heavy shredding, I don't recommend, but for shredding of personal papers/credit cards, on a day to day basis it's great.

i had this shredder for a week put about 10 peices of paper through it then it just died .. it'll be cheaper for me to buy a cheap shredder then it will be to pay the postage to send this one back and hope the replacement works
