shredder review July 9, 2008 After using the above shredder for one month, I have come to like it very much. It's very quiet compared to my previous one and does a good job. I wish however, that it shredded into smaller pieces. for a home office, it performs up to my expectations and then some. It doesn't jam up and cuts smoothly.

Fellowes Powershred PS-67C June 24, 2008 The Fellowes Powershed has plenty of power to handle all your shredding needs. It works great, is relatively quiet, and has a large holding bin for the shredded paper. Amazon, as always, is reliable and quick on their shipping.
Set free by Fellowes! May 17, 2008 I'm not in a hurry to clear out years of accumulated confidential "what if" stuff, so I'm fine with the speed and sheet quantity of this quiet unit. The shredder head sits on a basket, so emptying the basket - more frequently than I might prefer - requires the head to be set aside, using a convenient handle, while the basket is dumped, generally scattering shredded material more than I'd prefer. A removable basket in a stand-alone base would be better? The instructions indicate that sheet address labels should not be fed through the unit, which was a concern, since I had a quantity with confidential membership data that needed to be destroyed; but, alternating the sheet labels with regular paper allowed me to avoid any jamming - which would not have been surprising, given that the crosscutting of the labels exposed a great deal of sticky label adhesive. The labels are gone and I'm expecting a long and satisfying expereince with the unit. Should have gotten one sooner - and held onto a lot less "what if" stuff. Set free by Fellowes!
Great Quiet Shredder!! May 10, 2008 I kept buying the cheapie shredders- not wanting to invest any $$ & they would burn out after a short time. This one is great- I needed a heavier duty shredder that would not overheat after a few shreds. You can shred to your little heart's content with this- it just keeps going! It is very quiet- not the annoying sound that a cheap shredder makes. Well worth the investment!!
Design and Function April 28, 2008 We purchased this unit for home office use and it has excelled in every way.The shredding capacity is more than expected as is the day by day function. The design size as built is deceptive, we had thought on unpacking the shredder we had undersized the model picked. The convenience and ease of removing the shredded material is much better than our previous unit with no spillage or loose paper. The rapid delivery by Amazon was an additional bonus
