 GRUNCH and MUNCH May 14, 2008
While I don't have a small office,I do have JUNK mail. Before owning this shredder I re-cycled over 20 pounds of JUNK mail. Now the stuff with family names on them get the GRUNCH
And GRUNCH it does.I have yet to slow it down.
One small fault ,it could use another inch in length of the slot.The large envelopes have to go in at an angle

Product is well built and capable of performing to the specifications stated. I would recommend this product for a medium size office with 10-25 users. Unit is quiet yet fast. One of the best shredders that we have used to date.
Great Shredder, Great Price May 1, 2008
We have been using this product now for 7 months & it is wonderful. It lives up to all our expectations & we have used it regularly with no issues. I highly recommend it & I looked many places, this was the best price by far!!!!

As the title says, this is the best shredder I've ever owned. But it's also the most expensive.
I got tired of jamming and burning up shredders. So I read the reviews....(nothing beats Fellowes).....and dropped the big bucks on this monster. Wow !!!! It can eat anything you throw at it without a hiccup. It even has a cool safety cut-off if your fingers get too close to the feed-slot. I thought this might be a source of frustration and failure, but it works as designed and doesn't cut off when it's not supposed to. Not really sure if you NEED this feature, but it's on there....like it or not.
My work-place has a Fellowes 120-2, which is about the same size as mine, but it shreds in strips.....and boy is it fast and powerful. The SB-97Cs is every bit as powerful, but not quite as fast because it's a cross-cut shredder, which produces a much more secure shred.
If you want a strong, powerful, safe and secure shredder, you have to spend the money. This one delivers great bang for the buck. Highly recommended.
Powerful Shredder April 28, 2008
After much research of shredders I decided to give this one a try, and I am so glad that I did. It is powerful, nice to look at and quiet. I was looking for a shredder that wouldn't bind up with more than one sheet of paper and this one does the trick. It will shred just about anything that you put through it including credit cards and junk mail that we all get in the daily mail.
