I'm very happy with the shredder and it's pretty quiet. It's jammed only once and it was my own fault.

Received item in a timely manner.
I like it tho I think it's a bit loud.
The sound takes a bit getting used to.
I seems to shred everything O.K.
Not bad for the money.

Fantastic little goat for the home office. Limited to about 7-8 pgs though will devour them at that rate. Really, this was money well spent. Was also impressed at the build (its heavy/well made) as its not cheaply made!

We have had the shredder for about two months and it does a great job. Seems well made and quieter than our last shredder.

This is certainly worth the reasonable price. I would have given it 5 stars except that I find it difficult to empty. I didn't think about it when I was shopping but now do wish I had held out for one that had a pull out drawer for the shredded paper. Lifting the top off and trying to balance it while I empty it isn't easy for me. I don't want to sit the top on the floor and and chance getting oil or something on my carpet. I did line my basket with a plastic bag so this helps some. All in all, I do rate it as a good product, though I've only had it for about a month and a half.
