Ink Jet Printer June 13, 2008 Easy to set-up and use. The printer is fast and has been flawless so far. Used as a general purpose printer for home PC.. Recommended..
Canon Pixma ip 4500 June 12, 2008 I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for extremely high quality at a modest price. I am truly amazed at the quality of the photos that it produces, and it is very user friendly. It walks you through the process of printing photos and documents with easily understandable instructions, and the results are first rate.

The printer is different from the same model they sell overseas. It block the DVD cover print function.
great photo and home office printer, not just for the money June 9, 2008 The Pixma iP4500 is a great printer for photos and general home office use. Set-up is a breeze. Having two trays for photo paper and 8-1/2x11 stock paper is a tremendous plus as is the ability to print on both sides of the paper. The photos look every bit as good as those printed commercially. The included software works flawlessly as a plug-in with the DPP image handling software supplied with Canon DSLR cameras. The unit closes up into an attractive black and silver box with none of the clunky printer look of older generations of printers.
Review of Canon IP4500 printer. June 8, 2008 I have had this printer (the 3rd Cannon IP I have had) for about a month and a half and so far it is all that I could expect of it. It prints great and the ink cartridges are reasonable. The other 2 printers are still in service and working fine. I would recommend this and the IP80 for excellent quality and reasonable ink prices. I would have given it 5 out out of 5 stars but I have not had it long enough.
