 Easy Set-up July 23, 2008
I bought this printer after I got married. I needed a home office printer and one that could handle photo after photo. I've had the MX700 for several weeks now and I love it. The set-up was the easiest I've ever encountered. The instructions were well-written, with exact pictures of what to do. A red light shines if you installed the ink cartridges correctly. And they snap right in without any trouble. How stupid-proof is that?
The software the printer comes with makes it really easy to print photos and not waste expensive glossy paper. It prints fast, which is good for my husband working on his grad school thesis. I definitely recommend this as a main house-hold printer.

So far I am very pleased with this printer. My son set it up for me and has used the Fax and said that it worked fine. What I like is the speed of the printing. I hope I am happy with it 6 months from now.

What a machine.....does everything as advertised. Fast, compact, does it all. No wonder it is rated number one.

Easy to install and get it started. User friendly instructions for online and off-line usage producing excellent quality. I wished the USB cable supplied with it were a bit longer.

I had my doubts about it because of the price. Its great though easy to use right out of the box. well i mean install the drivers then its easy as cake. Button layout nice and ots of function. Interface not confusing and very dummy proof scanns prints like a champ at the price. although i havent used the fax feature so take into consideration. i wouldnt trade this printer for any other one. its the poor mans caddie of printers.
