Great Value! July 22, 2008 I was a little skeptical based on the price. But no problems after 4 months of all day use. About a week ago I noticed that I was having a hard time hearing people talk. Then I realized the volume button was on the lowest setting! Great value and great price!!
Didn't work as I imagine July 21, 2008 I bought this headset becuase I wanted that the people listen me better and it was the opposite. I don't recomend it.
headset July 13, 2008 An excellent handsfree set.The sound is good and people are able to hear and be heard.
Sound level for listener is terrible July 9, 2008 While I can hear fine with this headset, the people on the other end have trouble hearing me. This is mostly due to the fact that the mouth piece speaker is not flexible and does not point towards my mouth. I will be returning to the other panasonic model that provides a flexible mouth piece.
Good sound, quiet microphone, bad mute button July 8, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've used this headset for a couple of years and it has some great features - it is comfortable to wear for extended periods, it's reversible so you can use it on either ear and the listening sound is good.
However, I have had some comments that the microphone is a little quiet - it doesn't cause major issues, but if you work in a noisy environment, that could be a significant factor.
My biggest issue with the headset is the mute button. Unlike other headsets which have an on/off switch for the mute function, this headset requires you to continue to press the mute button. So, when I am in a long teleconference and am trying to multitask, I end up having to find some way to hold the mute down so others cannot hear my typing, etc. Holding it in my teeth has proved the most effective but is clearly sub-optimal!
