The arm band works perfectly and adjusts to every possible size of arm. I was extremely over weight, bought it and after joggin with it for months I am still using it even at a much smaller adjusted size.

I think the product does exactly the job it does, its great, simple. I do not understand however why amazon could not ship to the uk. i had to spend extra money to have it shipped from my brother's in NY to home in the uk. I use amazon allot, some things are ok , like CD's, but not a none metal items such as the arm band? i would be interested in knowing why. it may be the packaging? there was allot. thank you ,mandy

This is great to put ipod in and walk or ride your bike. I also use it when I am cleaning my house. it so nice not to have to carry or put in your pocket. Well worth the money.

a great product with good utility and value for money! love the small pocket for my gym locker key
the only criticism . pulling the ipod out from the plastic sleeve as the clear cover sticks to the ipod screen during exercise.

Just got an iPod nano to use when working out and this armband was just what I needed. It's comfortable and serves its purpose.
