Good sound, but not as noise insulating as I hoped June 13, 2008 I bought these primarily to use on my commute. I had read they were great at insulating outside noise. I ride a very noisy public transit train in the SF Bay Area and these earbuds really don't block out enough sound. The train wheels just scream on the tracks in some sectinos. These are comfortable and the sound quality of the music is good but if you are looking for something to insulate outside noise, these won't really do it.
Love them so far. June 12, 2008 I heard they have problems in the long run but with moderate use so far they are awesome. Do a pretty good job of blocking out noise like on an airplane. Overall really great.
Wonderful CD! June 3, 2008 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
I really enjoy Russell Watson's singing and have all of his CD's. This one is no exception. Great song selection and proof positive that he still has the "voice"!
Like Whoa! June 2, 2008 Finally a pair of headphones that can really handle the bass. These joints are off the chain....no distortion or vibration.
Avoid - Wear Out Quickly May 30, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased a pair of these a little over a year ago. They look fantastic, the pictures don't do them justice. I'm no audiophile, but I found the sound quality to be quite good. They have good isolation, I was able to block out the noise in my office.
So here's the gotcha: you get a year warranty and they probably won't last much more then that. On mine, the wire around the earbuds started to tear. Once that happens, the sound quality goes away.
If you've got $90 to throw away on a fashion item to wear for a year and a half, get them. Otherwise, stay away.
