I would give this a 4.5 if I could, just because I agree with other reviews citing the lack of a case. This unit is supposed to be mobile to take with you on the road! There's no case included and good luck finding one online for the 700s. The current recommendation is to use the 600-series case, but that unit is thicker and it's reported that the 700s easily slip out. After searching online and hitting a couple of local stores, I finally found an acceptable 3rd-party solution at Best Buy, though it's much bulkier than I was looking for.
But enough whining. Garmin is the best out there and that's why I'm a repeat customer. This 770 unit's the best you can get.

I have very bad luck with my 770. I had to return the first one. Travel feature would not work. Now I had to return the second one. The maps locked suddenly (big problem).Then the blue tooth feature would not work. Finally the entire unit stopped working. They are sending me a third unit. Something is wrong with this model, This is getting Very tiresome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
