This product is small, but works great. Makes measuring body circumferences a whole lot easier - no more guessing if u made the tape too tight or too loose, and very easy to work with.

I picked this up last year through an eDiets link thinking it would make measuring myself much easier, and indeed it does. Chest and bicep measurements I've always found the hardest, the chest for alignment. With this you just put the tape around you, put the end in the slot, then adjust to proper place, push the button to snug the tape, unhook and there you are. Same with bicep and I don't have to worry if I'm pulling the tape measure too tight. I'm very pleased with it.

This is a really cool measure that allows you to measure yourself without the help of another's hands. Very cost effective and I'm very please with it. Highly recommend it.
