2 out of 5 stars Quality consistant with low price   July 14, 2008
I went for this model because it's cordless, we don't have an outlet near the medicine cabinet where we keep the brushes so it made sense. I agree with the previous review, there is always a pile of moisture inside the removeable tray, how can there not be bacteria present? The batteries died very fast even though my husband and I are the only users. I thought this was strange so I went and got rechargeable batteries, have to recharge them once a week. Then, after only 2 months, the UV bulb blew out. Now I don't know where to find a replacement bulb. I quit! Should have paid a little more for a better model.

1 out of 5 stars Cheaply Made and Awful   June 6, 2008
I had this for one day and found rust spots on my countertop the morning after I first used it. The unit wasn't sitting in a puddle but evidently the little bit of moisture that got underneath was enough.

Because it's a nice size and doesn't take up much room, I perservered and placed a coaster underneath it. That seemed to have done the trick for a little while until I pulled my daughter's toothbrush one morning and found rust on the bristles.

Maybe I just got a dud but I'm not willing to take another chance on it. It went straight in the trash and now I'm shopping for a new one.

I was very excited when I found this product. However, when I started using it, my mood changed quickly. I am not doubting that the UV light is killing germs. But the toothbrushes never dry. They are wet in the morning from the night before, and they are wet at night from the morning. Nothing can be wet 24/7 and remain germ-free. I tried returning this item for my money back, and was told no due to sanitary reasons. itouchless has terrible customer service. I would seriously not recommend this product if you seriously want to kill the germs on your brushes.

5 out of 5 stars Toothbrush holder/sanitizer   April 9, 2008
The grandkids love to watch the light after they finish. Makes it easier to get them to brush.

5 out of 5 stars It's perfect clean system!!!   March 17, 2008
This sanitizer was easy to clean and kills 99.9% germs that was great. Also this sanitizer is simple to use everyone. It's perfect clean system.
Therefore it powered by AA batteries, so you don't have to using electric cord. I like this product.
