Bought this as a gift for my wife and she loves it. She has really thick hair and in about 10 minutes she can straighten her hair.

I am so glad I finally got the chi flat iron. It is the best purchase ever. It saves me time every morning and I recommend it to every one. It heats up in seconds and what used to take me 45min to straighten my hair it now takes me 15min the most. Not to mention the nice shine it gives my hair. I love it!!! If you are thinking about buying... just buy it... no need to think anymore!!

This product may be good for others, but was HORRIBLE in my opinion. The iron did not get very hot and it didn't get my hair straight at all. I sent this product back immediately for a refund. I will continue to use my Maxi-Glide and get fabulous results. The CHI is a no-go in my book.
