 Same Problem Here September 13, 2008
I like the liner, and it really does stay on all day -- love that! -- but the sharpening issue is a mystery to me too. I've used it only three times now, and already it seems to need some kind of resurfacing/sharpening, but I don't know how to do that. The packaging kind of concealed the fact that this would be a problem, as you don't know an ordinary sharpener won't work until the liner has been unwrapped. I don't want to have to buy a special sharpener I wasn't told about beforehand, either!

This liner is fantastic. It stays on throughout the day, despite terrible heat and humidity, and even a bit of sweating. The only thing I can't figure out is that the pencil claims to never need sharpening, yet I see no obvious way of getting more pencil once it's worn down, without sharpening. Is this a false claim, or am I missing something?

Love love love this liner...with other liners it always slides down into the crease under my eyes but with this it stays exectly where I put it until i wash it off. Great product!!

This eyeliner stays put better than all the so-called smudge proof eyeliners I used before. It is the only one that doesnt sting or hurt when I apply it on my waterline. It stays longer after applying Urban Decay Primer. The colour is amazing as well. It enhances my eyes.

I have used this product for years. It stays on better than most eyeliner pencils, comes in great colors, and is very reasonably priced.
