Good enough for me, a few minor issues August 14, 2008
I use Neutrogena Body Clear in lieu of other shower gel or soap rather than in combination with it. One thing I like about it is it takes much less of this scrub to be as effective as larger quantities some other body washes I've used - one bottle lasts several months for me. It is also much harder to squeeze out of the bottle. Once you get down to the end of the bottle, you have to pry off the cap to get it out - not exactly convenient. The odor is a little bit too sterile for my tastes, but it seems effective as an exfoliator and leaves me feeling clean. While it hasn't really combatted my minor body acne/KP that I can tell, it has kept it under control. I haven't found anything better in effectiveness or bang-for-buck in terms of shower gel or bar soap. I recommend it.

I've gotten chest and back acne and this product all but eliminates both of the problems. Highly recommended.
 Not Antibacterial.... September 17, 2007
I bought this product last month, hoping to get rid of the acne on my upper arms and back. Well, it worked for about a week and a half or two weeks, and it cleared up my back and arms. However, it all came back, even though I hadn't stopped using the product. So I started mixing it with Dial antibacterial bodywash, and now the combination of the two works great! So overall, this is a good product, but it would be better if it were antibacterial.

My boyfriend works outside all day and sweat builds on his skin so he gets acne. I bought him this thinking I should at least give it a shot. When he uses it everyday it works but if you only use a couple times a week it doesn't help at all. So it's either all or nothing.

I actually bought this at CVS about a week ago and have used it on and off and it's done wonders. It's cleared by previous body acne but I have to use it continuously to get rid of the leftover scars and blackheads. As a 16 hear old black female I have tougher skin but this product works very well!
