This is the best CHI Iron I've purchased. I'm on the third one because I'm very careless with them and tend to break them. This one is very sturdy and love how HOT it gets. I recommend it especially for the price I paid on AMAZON.com. LOVE IT!
BEST PRODUCT EVER!!!!! July 3, 2008
My hair is very curly and can get extremely frizzy. This flat iron is awesome. It takes me about 45 minutes to get it straight which is actually not a lot of time at all considering my hair is very long. It eliminates the frizz as it straightens and leaves your hair shiny and super soft. It does not damage your hair as other flat irons do. I highly recommend this product.

The straightener works really well, my hair was pin straight. Unfortunately, it's amazing results only last for as long as the product does and for me this was about 2.5 weeks. In my opinion it's not worth the money.

I purchased the CHI on advice from my "stylist-daughter". This has got to be the best hair straightener I have ever used. If you are in doubt, don't be, it is Great! Heats up fast, smooth, doesn't pull or tear my hair, and so easy to use. I love it!

The product was a gift and was received in a timely manner and appears to be working fine. My concern is that there is no manufacturer's warranty which I didn't realize at the time of purchase. I e-mailed my concern to Top Beauty who quickly responded that they are very clear about their 30 day warranty to which I agree. I just don't understand why the manufacturer doesn't warrant the flat iron unless it is not authentic or is a second. I would have paid more for the product to get the manufacturer's year warranty had I realized that it was not offered. Top Beauty should make that fact as clear as they do about their 30 day warranty!!!!
