I don't know where to begin. When you take the plastic clip guards off, they take the entire head off of the device where you have to snap it back on. Then when actually trimming, the device either shaves hair and skin off in chunks if the guards aren't on, or doesn't trim any hair at all if they are on. I can't believe how much this junk snags on skin.

This product is workng as promised and so far I am happy with the shaver.
One point to note is that this does not cause any bumps and the shaving is very smooth.
Keep in mind that like any other shaving products, if you have long hair, you are better off trimming it with scissors before using this shaver.

I am very pleased with this new electric shaver. It is better than I expected. Smooth, no pulling, no mess. Good product.

I have tried a couple of body-shaver products. None work spectacularly well on me. The Norelco Bodygroom Shaver appears to be the best one I've come across. It does remove hair fairly painlessly. The only wish is that it had a longer handle or an accessory handle for hard-to-reach spots like mid-back.
Terrible...an instrument of torture... July 10, 2008
The fine metal mesh that sits on top of the moving blades, got immediately caught in between, broke and start cutting skin like hell. Ordered another mesh for 12$ (warranty did not cover it). Then, same problem again - mesh moves when it should not, gets caught in the blades, brakes, and then it is your SKIN - NOT HAIR - gets cut.
OUCH ! TERRIBLE ! PAINFUL ! Literally - a BLOODY product. If you're into serious masochism - this is the product that will make your day. Otherwise - buy something else.
