We LOVE our pedometers! You can just carry it in your pocket or clip it to your belt, either way it is accurate in counting the steps, telling you how far you walked (in miles), how many aerobic steps you have gone, how many calories you burned, and even what time it is. It keeps track of a week's worth of your walking. We find it most encouraging as well as a way to pace ourselves. On trips, I use it to tell me when it's time to head for the hotel before I collapse :) At least a dozen friends now say the same because they have bought this same pedometer and are "stepping out."

I was impressed with the pedometer. It says it doesn't count stairs, but so far it has for me. The only draw back with it, is that it doesn't seem to be counting the aerobic steps as well as it should. But, the regular steps are accurate. It's really easy to work. I've had the battery in for about a month (it doesn't turn off), and so far I haven't had to replace it. We took it on vacation with us, and we were surprised to learn that we walked almost 5 miles a day! It took a pretty good beating during the trip, and still works and looks as good as the first day.

I have been using this for about 3 weeks now, I love it! I was concerned about it not having a cover and possible reset incidents. I haven't had any issues yet. I use it while running and kickboxing as well and it definately holds it own. All the options offer great value to the pedometer.
Definitely Worth the Money! May 13, 2008
I've bought cheap pedometers in the past and I've been unhappy with them. This little wonder is definitely worth the extra bucks! I'm quite happy with it and my doctor is able to track my steps for the week.
