I bought this about a year ago at the same time as starting a diet and exercise program. I lost 24 lbs by watching my food intake, making healthy choices and getting my 10000 steps a day. I try to make walking a priority but some days I'm just running around doing errands, and can't take time out to exercise, so I park the car further away from where I'm going and take the stairs not the escalator/elevator. It works to keep me aware of my activity level, and is unobtrusive and accurate, a great buy.

I've been using my Omron HJ-112 pedometer now for several months. What is wonderful about this product is that you can just slip it in your pants pocket. I do this and then use the clip to make sure it doesn't fall out. Using the watch pocket on jeans works great, too. I've done a number of calculations and this pedometer is very very accurate. The only downside is I wish it kept track of minutes. It does not do that for you. I highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased this Omron Premium Pedometer for my husband to help him keep track of his steps for weight loss. It is abslutely wonderful. The best thing of all is you can put it in your pocket instead of clipping it to a belt or waistband. It is extremely accurate as I tested it with my car odomotor to get a mileage reading and it was right on. I loved it so much that I puchased a second one for myself and when we walk together the mileage is right on. The steps and calories or different because of our strides but it has been so helpful for us.

After trying 3 other pedometers over the last year, my husband and I read about the Omron HJ112 in Health Magazine and searched it out on Amazon. We love these pedometers! They are exceptionally accurate, and they are the first ones we've owned that track your mileage in addition to your steps. Best of all, with the 7-day history feature, we find ourselves extra motivated to achieve 10,000 steps/day. We walk a lot more because of them!
