Hard to lose on this one....great deal May 5, 2008 I am not an videofile, but when I plugged this in there was a noticable difference from the standard cables. On my prvious HD set I paid $89 for a HDMI cable and with this one I paid more for shipping than the cable. I thought what do I have to lose....and it works great.
No brainer!
Best For the Price May 5, 2008 After seeing nearly 500 reviews about this i was still a little skeptical. but i needed a hdmi cable to run my Sony upconvert DVP-ns77h. so for just under 5 bucks why not. after connecting it to the player i was shocked on its performance. i compared it to an older Monster cable 800 Ultra series 1.2m and in detail the cheap hdmi cable was better but less vivid in colors to the monster cable, BUT the monster was more "grainy" in picture. so overall i liked this cheap cable, and will buy a couple more. i am running this cable to a Sony Bravia SXRD KDS-50A3000. which sony doesnt make anymore. if you were like me and still little skeptical, for 5 bucks +/- still heck of a deal.
How Does One Compare? May 4, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
There are already almost 500 reviews on this one simple 6' HDMI cable, so how can I possibly add anything to the comments? Well, I'm not going to emphasize the technical part of this cable. I will simply say this, I went to Walmart to get one, the cheapest they had was $39.95, I went to Best Buy, the cheapest they had was $59.95. THIS IS FOR A 6' CABLE , FOLKS...made in CHINA. How , i said is the $59.95 cable BETTER than this one for a mere 2 bucks or less? Well, I happened to buy a 3' cable spur of the moment when i got my first HDMI connective DVD player. It was over $20...I purchased this cable to hook up a new receiver and changed them around just to compare. IF, and that is a big if, there is any difference, I cannot tell it with the naked eye! Someone is getting rich. I will buy several of these, the price is GREAT, ok, so you have to pay a little S/H. Big Deal, You could still buy 10 of these to 1 of the higher priced cable and not tell the difference. Good Product, ABSOLUTE BARGAIN OF A PRICE!
Well it looked nice, but it doesn't work. May 4, 2008 The cable looked expensive and brand new, but alas it was junk. It worked for about an hour and then cut out. Don't waste your money. The company itself was very quick about shipping it, and I bet they would have sent another if I had complained, but I wasn't going to waste my time over $5.
Satisfied May 3, 2008 Before purchase from Amazon, I was not able to get this HDMI cable at this good price in my area.
