 A difference maker February 19, 2007
I am using this cable with an upconvert DVD player and it works very well in the on screen appearance. I do not know what some of the other manufacturers do to their cables to make them so expensive, but I am quite happy with this cable.
As good as Monster Cables February 19, 2007
I bought 2 of these one for my sharp 32 Lcd and one for my Dvd player. They really work great and it does make a difference to have your tv connected to hdmi. I have monster cables with my other lcd which I paid much more and did not see a difference between these cable to go and monster. Just one thing when connecting hdmi to cable you have to make an adjustment with cable box,at first I did not know that and had no volume,I thought it was my cables but when I called Time Warner they showed me how to fix problem.
No need to waste $50 on an HDMI cable... February 15, 2007
As previous reviewers have pointed out, there is no need to pay for the super deluxe gold-plated HDMI cables that'll cost you well over $50. This one does the job for less than $20. I have it hooked up from my Toshiba HD-A2 HD DVD player to a Westinghouse 42" LCD and the picture quality is great!

Not much to say here, but the cable works fine and is reasonably well constructed. I don't think it is worth spending an additional penny for a more expensive cable that does exactly the same job.
