Great price January 12, 2008 you can get these things anywhere but paying the price i got for it is a huge bonus
GREAT BUY January 2, 2008 Purchased this memory card to use w/my new Sony web cam Sony NSCGC1 Net-Sharing 5MP CMOS MPEG4 Camcorder (which is great, btw). . . you can have about 5 hours of recording time(4.55 hrs, to be exact) - that's a lot of footage for just shooting short movies/clips! This is also by far the best pricing you're going to find anywhere . . . normally, for this memory, you'd be looking at $70+ - so I was skeptical that this was a legitimate price, but it is. And worth it.
Small Size, Big Price January 1, 2008 There's really not much to say about a memory stick. It does the job of storing data. I use mine for photos and videos. The disadvantage of the Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo is that it's pretty expensive compared to other storage devices. And it's pretty small and requires an adaptor. When you purchase a new stick, it comes with an adaptor but it's so small that I lost the adaptor from my camera case and had to buy it separately from Sony for $10. My advice is to leave the adaptor at home since you use only to transfer data to your home computer. If you're using a laptop, then just store it in a secure place.
great product - free shipping made it the cheapest December 31, 2007 I looked at Staples, Best Buy, and Office Depot for this item, then online. Online was by FAR much cheaper - by over the price as in the stores. This item wasn't the cheapest when reviewing the prices, until you added in the shipping charges. My camera is a Sony, but I was not necessarily looking for a Sony card, but it was one of the best purchases I made. Originally we had a memory card that held 10 pictures, now, it holds well over 500 pictures. I am also glad we waited to purchase the memory stick because the price came down tremendously from when they originally came out. I would recommend this product for the price, and the quality.
Sony Memory Stick ProDuo December 22, 2007 The memory stick appears to work fine. I have only used it once since it was purchased.
